Trailer Plug Question

On the 7 pin trailer plug of my brand new 2010 F150, I am not getting 12v to my trailer battery for charging. Any ideas why? Lights on trailer work.

Is the relay installed in the battery junction box? Theres also a fuse in position "f21", its 30 amps.

WOW! Assumptions get one nowhere. There is no relay or fuse in those locations. I assumed since the 7 pin was wired with 7 wires, all of them worked. Silly me. Ironically, there is a trailer brake control module fuse, but no trailer brake control module yet on the truck.

Yes Ford likes to do things like that for what ever reason..
