Throttle Cable

I have a 302W in my ‘59 F100 with an Edelbrock 4 barrel carb. I want to use a throttle cable, rather than linkage, but am not sure what all I will need in terms of parts. Not sure how the cable will connect to the OEM accelerator pedal. Has anyone done a similar conversion?

Maybe try a search for YouTube videos. I find it helpful for custom work, as there has always been a person that has already done it.

I did look on Youtube. Didn’t find anything with my specific application (not surprisingly). Did find some good ideas though. Decided to order a link from KruseBuilt. Might be a good compromise. I’ll see.
