The 915000 mile F150

I was at the yard today and was looking over the pile to be crushed . Found a 92 F150 with a tach dash cluster . This thing other than being wrecked had so much dust on seat couldn't tell if cloth or what .And the metal itself on brake/clutch pedal were worn . No pads in sight.

Inspection sticker said 905000 miles from middle last year. All paper I found said 900000 + . I went home plugged in POSOM and it had 915000 +-miles . I know all drivtrain stuff had probably been swap 4 - 5 times. Body was amass of patches.

But it was sort of cool sitting in something that made it that long.

Wow that's some miles. Thought 350K on the 79 I had was alot.

LOL It Has been swapped so many times to check out clusters I'm not sure how many miles it really dose have now.

Dont think my truck will see another 100000 any way .Getting tired of $500+ a year body work . But that is only 3 years driving.
