First off, the OD is not working. It is engaged, and I have checked the relay for 12 volts and it is coming in and out. Has been suggested to run a 16 gauge wire to the governor on the left side of the tranny as it is installed, then when I'm driving and want to check the OD I ground the other end of the wire inside the cab. If it doesn't engage the wire, I have an issue with the governor, speed sensor..... Any other suggestions..
Also, what the heck is the official name for the plate that covers the flywheel
from underneath the truck to protect the clutch components and the flywheel from the elements...
Help is needed, as I may be driving her to NC in a few weeks...
