system power draw

I got a draw some wheres . I put new batteries in , a rebuilt alternator , put jumper on neg post to neg cable , let truck sit for an hour ran test by hooking up dc mulliamp meter showed 0.00 . hooked up dc voltage meter showed a .046 draw thought things were good . tested batteries voltage at 12.62, left batteries hooked up over night ,just went out and tested batt volyage down to 12.58 overnight 12 hrs. Iam new to this site I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THANKS IN ADVANCE . I hope i can help someone else out sometime OH ya after Iput the new stuff on my truck started my truck let run for 20 min test alt was good shut down went back a few min later transmission fluid comming out the dipstick ! what do u guys think cloged trans vent or lines going to raditator . WHEN IT RAINS IT POURS . THANKS I allso forgot it's a 99 F-250 S D ext-cab diesel 7.3 4X4 automatic

That doesn't seem like a lot to me. That almost sounds like the numbers my radio memory draws. Are you having starting issues or anything?
