Swapping a C4 into a 1990 F150

[F 150Cobra]

have a C4 out of an mid 70 Ford Granada with a 302 dipstick filled trans

all i know is that i cant use the stock flexplate becuase PRe 82 engines uses a 28 oz balance and my engine uses a 50 oz balance.. BUT! i dunno how many toot it is.. 157 or 164 ??? and a 2000 stall

any reason for going with a c4 over a c6?

it puts more power to the ground then the C6 and i got a rebuild C4 a good deal.. the C6 i had needs to be rebuild yet so im just gonna sell it
