Hello... First post here...
I am trying to install a ignition switch in my 1996 F150. I bought this truck after someone tried to steal it. The ignition cylinder and internal gears are tore up and unrecoverable. I am going to use an ignition switch you can buy at Advanced that will mount on the dashboard of the truck (it still uses a key and has an acc/on positions).
Anyway - I have unplugged the wiring harness from the steering column. Now I need to know what wires I need to pull out to connect to the three connectors on the back of my new switch.
Is there is a diagram of this plug and wires? Are there any suggestions anyone has?
