Steering Column interchange?

I found a 85 E150 Custom Van that has a great tilt column in it. Will it fit my F150 truck?

Cliff, the best I can do is a Hollander interchange manual that only goes up to '83. The van column and the truck column have different numbers for 1983, and, I assume, are not interchangeable.
