Interesting. I see how that is more efficient in patroling area and nabbing speeders, but what I don't see is how is that thing going to be more cost efficient? And how long will it take to offset the cost of testing? Regardless, I wonder what kind of leniancy this thing will be preset to have? The limit is the limit, or will 10 over be fine?
