Question For all you Suspension Guru's

I have a 70 F250 , 8 Lugs front and back....I can change the back axle to 5 lug Via custom made axle's from Moser or Mark Williams.. But I'am wonder about the front...?

Its has the Big Dayton disc brakes on it now....up front..and one of the problems will be getting another caliper set thats a little smaller to clear a 15" wheel as the Daytons are about .250" or so to tall...

So the bottom line is I'd like to run a 15" wheel all the way around on the truck with a 5 lug pattern....

2wd or 4wd?

If it's 4x4, you can just swap out everything from the knuckles out on a 5 lug front, only problem is, you will lose your big brakes. Not sure about 2wd.

Yeah Sorry Guys, I forgot to post its a 2wd... Maybe I could take one of the calipers apart and see how thick the walls are in the casting...there maybe enough to machine down for clearence? and just have a new set of rotors re-drilled..
