Problems with font size

Need a little help here......I was doing a cut/paste and somehow I managed to hit something that shrank the fonts (and most everything else) to a micro mini size. I'm a bit near sighted, but this is painful. I've tried to figure out how to fix it, but so far no luck. It's only on this website so it doesn't appear to be a browser setting.

What the trick?

Try holding control and scrolling the wheel on your mouse if you have one.

What is that funtion? I am running firefox but it does nothing for me. Does it just reset the size to normal?

Nevermind, just tested it and yeah, thats what it does.

you can do (Ctrl +) or (Ctrl -) or (hold ctrl and use the scroll wheel on the mouse). it just increases/decreases the font size/zoom. it's honestly a feature i never use on purpose, but someone must find it useful

The trick about Ctrl + and Ctrl - is that the + symbol actually requires shift to be depressed... So you actually have to press Ctrl Shift +, and Ctrl - (notice that the shift key does not need to be pressed to get a - symbol). It's kind of deceiving.

i don't have to use shift for the +. if i want to type it, i need shift, but for zooming, no shift required in ie, chrome, or firefox

so (crtl -) or (crtl =)

This is something I've never used b4 and probably would not have found without asking. I wondered about control something, control alt something, etc etc, but I didn't want to poke keys without knowing what I was doing and risk making things worse.

Wow you're right I just tried it here on the Linux machine on campus (firefox). I know I've used programs before that would NOT support pressing Ctrl = and it drove me nuts before I figured out that I also had to press Shift to get the + character.
