Pre Runner light bar installed

Well its on the truck. I spent all saturday night sanding and herculining it. I did a coupe of coats and even herculined the end caps on so they wouldnt come off. It seams like its pretty tough now.

I even blended in the carage bolts that i bought for it. I think it looks sweet.

Just bear in mind, if you lined that 100%, you're going to have to run dedicated grounds to any lights you put on there.

U mean the bases of the lights are grounded through the bar??? Yea im planning on there being a power and a ground for each light, splicing all grounds to one wire, as well as the power. So il have just a power and ground going to my switch, along with accessories.

Oops forgot about there being a relay.

Yea i heard storys about the factory powdercoating not holding up and rusting, so i saned er down and herculined. I figured that now i can step on it if i need to, run into tall weeds without scratching it, pretty much anything besides using it as a pushbar, which i know its not.

The herculiner is dry and it feels tough, i tried peeling at it with my finger nail and a small screw driver and that stuff aint comin off to easy.

Looks great! You must have about died, drilling holes through that pristine bumper. Youch. I'd say it was worth it

What bumper holes? My bumper doesnt have any holes except for the license plate.

neither does mine but I have seen alot of them where the bolts go through the bumper to the frame mounts.....

Thanks everyone. And no bumper bolts on mine either, i had to drill holes but it was a piece of cake, and no i didnt mind drilling into a perfect original bumper.

Yea hopefully that herculiner holds up, i plan on driving the truck through fields and going through tall grass so hopefully it doesnt scratch, im sure it wont but i cant say the same about my chrome bumper....

Cant wait till i get the lights. Thats after the motor tho.

Pro comp makes it. Pretty happy with the quality, not happy with the finish, thats why i sanded and herculined it.
