Power steering

I have a 2004 150 supercrew. When engine is at operating temp, the power steering reseivor bubbles like it is boiling. The power steering works fine, no noise or jumping. No foam in tank. Any Ideas??

Thats prety much normal. It does look odd, but all of them do it.
