3.8 engine out of a 99 model Lumina with a 4 speed automatic. The engine and trans have 130k miles and both had no problems. The engine has all of the accesories, good alt, good a/c comp, good starter, and a good power steering pump. I even have the computer that goes with the engine. Try to get all those items with an engine at the junk yard. I really need to get rid of the engine so make an offer. I can install the engine if needed too.

At my house I've got an '83 302 complete engine (needs rear main seal) that ran when pulled, 4x4 C6, '74 351w (complete but disassembled reeds rebuilt)

Down at my dads place, I have a '88 4cyl auto box body (no tittle) that can be parted out, also have a '83 5spd GT fox body that I can part out, But don't want to get rid of.

That about all I have ATM..

It will bolt up to the rodeo tranny, that has a locked up 3.1.

If you have no much needed use for the W as I'm assuming you do for the rodeo...I'd say do it...the 3.8 is an extremely stout little unit. I've got one in my 92 Buick LeSabre and it's been known to tick off a few late model Vettes.....

Yeah "right now" I dont have much of a use for the W.. I sent him an e-mail asking if he has the wiring harness for it, If so than yeah I will probally go for it..
