i have a 2006 freestyle that came up with a po701 code
it have a cvt trains and is awd
the speed control setit off ,turn car off and speed control ,runs good
is the speed controler bad or is there a trains problom?

TCM has detected other transaxle DTCs setting this DTC enables limp home mode. Engagement concerns. Harsh/erratic.
No torque converter lock-up.
Lack/loss of power/acceleration.
Different ratio behavior (increased engine rpm).
Will turn on MIL and driver warning lamp.
FIX other transaxle DTCs first. CLEAR DTCs. If DTCs return, REFER to Diagnosis By Symptom in this section.

the car runs good with out the speed control on,turn it on and all of those problem show up. turn car off and on,all is good then.
no other code p0701
is the speed contoler sending a bad singal to the trains?
