That event kicked off an over-zealous representative from Missoula to float a bill banning yoga pants and visible nipples w/ or w/0 a shirt.

Fortunately, common sense took over in Helena. I could just see the average construction worker in summer wearing hard hat, tool belt, steel toes and pasties!!
