Hello I have a 2004 ford sport track, 107k miles, 4.0 flex fuel, 4x4, 4 inch lift kit and suspension, 34 inch BFG K2 MUDs.
I am putting oil in this truck every week? I have about a 10% power loss in my estimation. The truck is down shifting more then it used to on the highway going up hills. I drive this truck 90% highway...10 % off road in 4x4 club.
There are no oil leaks, nothing on my garage floor the next day, no oil leaking in the radiator, no leaks I can find anywhere? I do not see any smoke coming from the exhaust ever.
I can't seem to find my PCV valve so I can take a look at this. Can someone tell me where and what this model might look like? What would be causing this? I can't believe the motor is worn out yet...I have not even given it the 100K tune up. The truck is running pretty good otherwise. HELP!
