Noisey Belt

Hi, changed fan belt on 2001 diesel 7.3, now sqeakes like mad. Changed idler bearings no difference but I do have play in the tensioner, not much but some. It has done 60 K. Is it just the 1/2 bolt to take off? Tried soap etc but squeaks minutes later. Any ideas?

if you got any belt other than a Gatorback you wasted your money. ive had belts that were cheap and right out of the box that squeaked and squeeled. but thats all i had the money for at that point in time
