just wanted too say hey,new too sight have a couple a questions this is my daily driver before and after paint,going too go with 245/75/16 instead of the 235,s that i have now any thoughts on this thx

Yeah, I got thoughts on that. LOL :)

My thoughts are always a concern with the wheel width.
How wide are your wheels? :) And 16" diameter correct?

Address that first, then we'll go from there on their "final
drive ratio changing effect" later. :)

When I bought my truck it came with 245/75R16 tires. These are Not a good tire if you plan on using your truck for anything other than just cruz'in. They fit just fine on the factory steel 16" rim, but there is more than a 2 size difference from the factory 235/85R16. If you want the look of the wider stance the 245's give, go up to the 265/75R16's instead. You will have both the width and factory height back, so there will be no change in the gearing or speedo readings, etc. I will post a pick if you like...

The factory wheels are 7x16"?

265/75R16's need 8" wide wheels if you want 'em to handle good.
