new drip rails???

anyone know where to get new drip rails to weld in a '77 std. cab? mine are swiss cheese.

Just checked LMC Truck and they didnt have them. I reckon you'll have a bit of a hard time finding those since they arent bolt on... You might be able to use a small piece of angle iron and just grind down the edges to make it look nice. I'm not exactly sure what the shape is on those rain gutters for that era.

I found some at the junkyard put them on my truck just keep an eye out around the yards you would be surprised at what you can find.

And lmc truck does have them i have there magazine infront of me as we speak. The numbers you want are 49-3098 and 49-3099.

That's drip rail molding, I believe the OP want's to replace the rusty drip rails on the truck cab.

I am not aware of any aftermarket body parts suppliers that make just the drip rail. The best I can think of is finding a decent cab and either swapping the cab...or a lot of cutting and welding.
