need some C4 transmission help

[F 150Cobra]

i have my engine idle in neutral at 950 and it idles in gear around 700 i cant go lower otherwise the engine will stall out ( the cam )

i put it in forward gear it goes in fine but when i put it in reverse it BANGS hard!! like you dropped an anvil in the bed!
is there something to adjust for this??

and while ccruising it flares when going into 3rd ( rpms goes up then catches 3rd gear)

at WOT everything is good
chirps 2nd
shifts 3 hard
