I've been wanting to get a gooseneck/5th wheel similar to that, and put a truck bed/slide in camper on the front portion, while leaving enough room to still trailer a rig on the back.

Ben if you get 45 footer you can also haul holiday trailer on there for accommodation as well..as well as a tour bike
