Okay, maybe not totally but pretty damn near anyway...





First thing on the list is brakes and axle seals... Drags the right rear going forward, nice and free rolling backwards, found that out getting it off the trailer, as I stepped on the brakes and got diddly... Luckily, the ditch and the Windsor block stopped me before I made it through the fence...

fragged 300-6 and a 3spd w/od out of an '81 Econoline. Have a 460 out of an old work truck though...

Was actually a Mt Saint Helens truck. My grandpa got it after the ash toasted the original engine...

Discovered today that wheel cylinder kits are pretty much non existent anymore so I picked up a new pair... Not sure I'll have time to get the brakes done today though...

Same here. Last time I got this deep into brakes it was a fraction of the cost to rebuild the cylinders as to buying new ones, and that was on my '70.
