Leak from starter

1999 Ford F250 Lariat SD 5.4L V8

I've got a leak coming from where the starter bolts up to the transmission.

Any tips on what this could be? Is it driveable as long as I keep fluids in check?

If its coming from inside the bell housing, it'll either be rear main seal or trans front seal. If its coolant from inside there, I think theres 2 freeze plugs behind the bell housing.
