Yup. Its' real. I have used them for questions on my GMC Jimmy and actually they did a great job of diagnosing the problem that turned out to be a transfer case seal that was leaking and dripping on my exhaust pipe and smoking. I could not tell what was going on, but by following their advice, instead of having the dealer or a mechanic diagnose the problem I saved a lot of $. The tech questions answered on the site I used was staffed by actual factory trained GM technicians.

I do believe you personally could make a lot of $ by offering this service on line also with your knowledge. I don't know of a service like this specifically for Ford.

Yeah...I've seen that a couple times before. Looks like a nice little setup, it's like your own forum, but you get paid for answering questions. Could probably be something you could profit from D. I've read some mixed reviews online though...dunno if that's retribution due to the guy asking the question not knowing what he's doing so the info isn't useful or what...but it seems like a good idea to me.
