Is this a 455?

Yes, I know it says 6.6 but it's advertised as a 455.

From what I understand you can't physically tell the difference just by the block. The heads appear the same, just different sized combustion chambers. Different sized main bearings and cranks. But I believe most other bolt in/ons are interchangeable. So there should be a stamping of a partial VIN including the engine code somewhere on the block and/or 400 or 455 cast in to the block. One should be behind the driver's side head and the other should be around the passenger side exhaust mani.

those cars came with a 400 pontiac and 403 olds..bt that for sure is pontiac motor. find the casing numbers to see if its a 455. it could be a pontiac 400 or 455 if it has actually been changed..depending on wat engine it orig. had...very few came with 455 originally

Looks like a 400 to me on chevs its easy to tell BB from SB just look at the size of the motor itself and the size of the vavle covers.
