Is there supposed to be a gasket there???

Is there supposed to be a gakset between where the y-pipe of the exhaust goes into the turbo?

No. It requires a marmon style clamp. There is a flange that fits inside of the mating pipe that seals it.

Thanks for the info, I got it together yesterday. I just couldn't remember if there was a gasket in there or not. It's hard to find something that never was there. lol
