Howdy

Well hello all!! I am here for the first time I just bought an 87 Ford 3/4 ton x-cab 4x4 with a carbuorated 460 and auto. Unsure on which auto it is. The truck is a Centurion conversion with aluminum 16.5 wheels "thats right I said aluminum 16.5" saw them for the first time on this truck. Two questions
1. is there a lift less than 4"
2. is there some one who carries the conversion seats?

You can get a 2-2.5" lift, search on ebay for like 80 F250 lift, and then everything you need will come up. What seats do you need? Front seats?
16.5's prob didnt come stock on the truck, 16.5 is an aftermarket size, ive had dozens of then, most times a pain to find tires for.

My 87 F-250HD 4x4 ex-cab lwb with 460 4bbl has a C-6, which is a very HD 3 speed auto. Mine has over 130K of hard use and still works perfect.

If you just wanna level the front out find a set of rear leak spring packs from another F250 and take the main leaf outta that and put it in place of the stock main leaf on the front pack...works like a charm.

The front seat is what I am talking about but, they are centurian bucket seats. As far as the front lift what about having to drop the swing arm brackets when you lift the front? The 16.5's I know are aftermarket I was wondering if that was one of the centurian things they did?
