Horn Fuse?

My horn is out of commission. I left my Chilton manual at home and I'm up at school. Anyone know what fuse this would be on? I'm just going to start at that point. The thing quit working out of the blue. My tags expire next month and inspection requires it, so I better fix it now before I get down to the wire.

(I'm secretly hoping the horn is broken, so I can get an Oooga horn.)

We must have different boxes. All that is in that row of the larger style fuses are 20 amp and they're both intact.

I probably should have said it before, but I'm working with a 1994 - just in case that's a generation 8 box or something.

Thank you for the speedy response!

Ooooh crap. I think I have bigger problems brewing then. I didn't know that switch went through the clockspring. My cruise control recently stopped working also...

You quite possibly have answered your own question. One of the tests in cruise control diagnostics is whether or not the horn works.

I called Bob Sight Ford and got a quote on the part. $112 just for the clockspring! Yowza! And I don't even know where to begin with installation... :p

I will NOT forget to unplug the battery... And ground the positive cable... and make sure there is a 0% chance of that cable getting anywhere near that positive battery post.

The under hood fuses are letters, not numbers.
Your #3 is a "C" in the Ford manuals and your amps are wrong in that chart.
The "C" (#3) fuse is 30 Amp not 20 Amp.
Not sure what to tell you... That page is pulled direct out of the manual. I didn't make up the numbers, I'm just passing them on.

maybe this work, maybe not.

Find the horn wiring, and just run a cale to the batter, then to the horn. And bypass the damn cruise control, wire it up directly
