Help!

Have a 2000 Ranger 3.0 Flex fuel with no start condition. Problem started with engine cranking and wouldn't start until throttle was held wide open. When it started it would run fine. Problem went from once in a while to finally now it won't start at all. Have checked compression, checked fuel pressure, checked fuel volume, checked spark, noid checked injectors, replaced the coil pack, replaced the crank and cam sensors and I'm out of ideas. If someone has any ideas and could help I'd really be thankful for the help.

Got any codes? That might help to point you in the right direction. Could still be fuel (is it really gas?), timing (chain, gears, etc), pcm.

No codes are active or logged. I have been running on E-85.
I've had more than a few flex fuel vehicles that the fix was to drain the fuel system an replace with gas (then it would run). I think back around 2000 the technology wasn't too advanced. You might try it just in case.

I agree, spray some starting fluid into the intake see if she'll fire and run.
