Do you know where the fluid is leaking? There are a few places it can leak, one is the gasket and oring where it seals to the case, the other is the converter seal. If it's the oring and gasket thats not too bad you can just change them. If the converter seal is leaking your gonna want to look at the converter stub to make sure there is no groove in it, if you run your fingernail down it and it catches anything replace the converter, you can change the converter seal without removing the pump, now if it's coming from the converter seal your going to want to also look at the converter bushing thats pressed right behind the seal for any wear if it's worn then I would recomend changing the pump, which requires you to remove the bolts (make sure you get new ones) you need to use 2 of the pump bolt holes (they will be threaded) thread 2 bolts in and use a slide hammer to pop it out of the case, make sure you pull the pan and remove the filter first. If you PM me your email address i'll send you the info right out of the book to follow.

If you don't have a slide hammer - a chain under a bolt in those holes with a loop at the end can be put around the handle of a sledge hammer.

Just make sure the threads match! Strip them and you'll have a nightmare in front of you.
