help no power

I have 2004 6.0 that idles but has no power sometimes dies when you put in gear when i get it moving has slow acceleration runs a while then dies. then hard to start. changed fuel filter, ob2ii will not read codes .no check engine light. where and what do i check next???

Possible ICP sensor, EGR valve contamination, or other various electronic issues. DTCs would be a definate starting point.
