Hello to all. I just replaced the heater core in my 1994 F-150 (5.8). Unfortunately, now it won't start. Has power, but when I turn the key to start......nothing. Any suggestions on where to look? This is for a non-mechanic that was trying desperately to save money by putting the core in myself. Thank you in advance for any help.

Because the starter solenoid is near to the heater box, I would think that there might be a wire put back in the wrong place. Be aware that theres a couple of fusible links on the solenoid as well.

Thank you so much for your help. I don't hear any clicking sound. Dash comes on, turn to start, no sound anywhere. I can check the solenoid. Also, on top of the heater core cover, there is a switch. Stationary where it sits with a coiled wire attached to the left. What is this switch? I'm wondering if I bent it while working to remove the clips holding the switch to the cover. Again, thanks for the help.
