Hello,

So this is how the madness started. I wanted a sleeper car, so I got a 85 Mecury Cougar with a 302. Shortly I pulled the motor out and put a built 302 with about 400 at the crank. It was fun to drive but it was so loud it wasn't a sleeper any more. LOL. Later I bought a 78 Ford F150 4x4. It was a pain to stuff that 302 in, but it is in now and runs ok. Working on the kinks. I love to turn wrenchs when I can. I look forward to learn off you guys and give what I can.

Yup, been there, done that.....put a built 302 into a '79 F150 4x4 shortbed.
