height sensing brake proportioning valve

Hi, I have a 1986 f350 4x4 5.7 4 speed.My rear proportioning valve is leaking.I dont want to by pass it. Does any one make them still .can some one help me!!! thank's

I think you're destined for the salvage yards, unless you can find a dealership parts man that still has the old microfiche stocking system. Ours does and hes got a knack for finding obsolete parts.

thank's for the reply. the plastic cup o ring i guess it's called under the snap ring is leaking. if i can get apart may be i can try to seal it?

Remember, you're dealing with a lot of pressure.

well lets see if i can get it apart with out screwing it up and see what's up.it might be something i can replace who knows it's worth a try.worst case have to by pass it.
