Headlights Stuck On Fix!

I have seen a few of these over the years and wanted to share what I have found. These E vans are pretty simple but this one threw me for a loop the first time but with this streamlined diagnosis I hope I can help others that may go through this in the future.

It made me go look at mine , but I didn't see that module on it.
