Hard start cold, harder/no start hot

Hey guys, looking for some help. Been searching threads, but haven't found the same symptoms. So I've got an 05 Excursion with 99,500 mils. that just developed a start issue. Takes up to 10 seconds to start cold, after running for a short while then shutting off, takes up to 20 seconds. After long run time, no start. It may if I kept cranking, but didn't want to push the starter any more. Other than the start issue, it runs great, hot or cold. No lag, buck, studder or power issue. I'm hoping this is a clear enough clue to help get me pointeed in the right direction. The truck's out of warrenty and money is tight so any help is much appreciated.

It'd help to get any codes (or lack of) read. That will get you going in the right direction.

Could be FICM issue or high psi oil leak.
