Maybe GM should put a spare pair of knickers in every car they sell ..... sounds like you'd need them after an airbag deployment like those.

Not if it was a bad one and continues to go bad.....what I'd do if this was truly an investment on my part, is cut my losses and move on....their motives are not from an investment standpoint, but a political one.

As far as I'm concerned, there is no difference and it is an investment. A stock trader uses someone else money to invest in stocks, bonds, whatever......in short, a company and they used OUR tax dollars to do it.. But oh no, needless government spending isn't a problem. I've heard quite a few reports of the airbags deploying without cause. The deployment CAUSES an accident and what do ya know, it's still the driver's fault.
