I'm starting to get older 6.0s in that have driveability issues (misfires, map sensor codes, camshaft/crankshaft position sensor codes, and over/underboost codes) that can be repaired simply by removing the "piggyback" controller.

I'm no longer worried about these things. Now I only stress about when this Chevy is gonna break. Luckily though, the parts seem MUCH cheaper. Hahahahaha

I too am curious what a "piggy-back controller" is... I am assuming that is slang for "after-market tuners"?

I just had my dealer replace my front sway bar control arm links as the bushings were worn out.... dam.... 175,0000 miles is all I got out of them!!!!! I was only 75,000 miles past my warranty..... this is part of the emmissions system right.... or at least in California it is (NOT)????

Oh well... she drives better now anyways.
