Fuel system advice sought, 91 superduty

I bought a 1991 superduty with a utility box. It sat for a long time and did not run when I got it, dropped both fuel tanks got everything clean and got it to run. I am going to put new fuel pumps in. The question is can I convert this to frame rail fuel pumps from ITR? If the in tank pumps are required what are the best pumps, or the best place to get the pumps. Thanks for the advice.
