OK, here it goes=2006 E350, 5.4L CODE L, engine run rich, smoke black at tail pipe, pressure at fuel rail #95psi,
PID O2S 1-1, & 2-1, 1.275V, this is with new O2S, new fuel pressure/temp sensor, new fuel pump module, all OEM.
with OEM set up, start, pressure up to 85 & stay there. code 132,152, 183,191.
Then install manual pressure control, clear code, start, control pres at 35-40, run smooth, no smoke, but trow code 183. with the new sensor. fuel trim S & L ==0000, 02S 1-1 & 2-1 STUCK AT 1.275V.
Running it a bit longer & all previous code show up.
