Ford F250 Door Actuators

Hello,

I know I am not the first with this problem, but could someone tell me how to remove the door actuator from the rear door of a 2001 Ford F250 Crew Cab. I have already removed the door panel, not sure if you have to disconnect any rods or cables before removing the 3 torx screws holding the door lock mechanism? Is anyone aware of a link with step by step instructions and possibly some pics? That would be the ideal world for me.
