Fogging up the windows...

My 97 Taurus has been fogging up, it seems as if it is not getting fresh air circulated. If I crack a window it helps, but it is below zero here. Where should I start?

make sure that the blend door, is operating correctly. If the recirculate part doesnt work, fogging is possible.

ok, not knowing anything about this car besides oil changes, how can I check that out? Both heat and AC work when changing between them. Is there an exterior vent?

No steam from the vents or coolant smell pointing to a bad heater core?
