Flywheel how to ??

how the keck does it go on the engine?? anyway you feel like or there is a special way it goes... its a new 5.0 flywheel it has 2 markings on it but thats all.. y dunno how it goes on.. it has somekind of weight build in but only on one side


ohh and how many FTlbs of trque for the bolts

It's supposed to have a weight on it...unless you're engine has been balance/blueprinted........

Itll only go on one way I just put the bols on with an impact but not incredebly tight.

Like Dan said, they will only line up one way. There are torque specs you should follow and I always use a thread lock compound on them.

hmm okok.. yup the bolts came with a little blue thread locker

Also, make sure the proper side faces the engine.

Thats always the first thing to check then if ya got a clutch make sure ya pull the alignment tool out of the motor before ya put the motor in or it will really piss ya off when ya go to line up the splines on the input shaft.
