Anyone heard of or used Flatlander Racing before?

They look to be out of New Hampshire and have killer prices. The cam kit I want, they have for almost $50 cheaper than anyone else and the top of their site says no sales tax and no handling fees...which kinda raised a red flag to me, but if I can save $50, I'll do it. Thoughts or experience?


I'll be going with the Comp DEH255 kit, PN K32-206-3. Summit is the second cheapest ( http://www.summitracing.com/parts/CCA-K32-206-3/ ). And Flatlander comes in at $329 for the kit.

I don't like the idea of when you order they don't tell you the shipping costs up front.

I know...everything I've looked at has been about 10-15% cheaper than summit, and I go through summit for everything because they usually had the best prices...so I thought. I'll see if I can't get a shipping quote from these guys and if that's more than Summit's shipping, I'll see if summit will price match.

Dunno if you've ordered your stuff yet, but I talked to summit yesterday and they said they'd not only match, but beat any advertised price...excluding special sales. The said you need to have the magazine and or website info ready so they could check it out.

Sorry it took so long, been a hectic week and I wasn't going to have the funds to buy my stuff until this week.

Alright Chris...just ordered from Summit. They matched the $329 and I got a $10.95 bottle of Comp break-in oil for a total of $339.95...plus $12.95 for 2-3 day shipping (although my cam is back ordered for 2 weeks). So a grand total of $352.90...about $26 cheaper than they listed. So if I were you, I'd definitely go that route.
