So ive been puttin it off for weeks now. Finally started it at 5 after work today. Finished it up at like 10.45. The pedal is so nice now, easy to push and I dont have to use all my mite to get the pedal down. Feels like a normal car. Also the old throw out bearing was smoked. It was super noisy in the truck, super quiet now, no noises. I had to fix a lot of stuff from the last person that did the clutch which really annoyed me. If I didnt have to do all the other extra work, I would have been done way earlier. Gonna do some more work on the truck tomorrow. Alumn diff covers and some other little things. Oh yea. unseized my 4x4 shifter so now I can get it into 4L!!!!!

Congratulations on your new clutch. I have a 1991 F250 also. I just bought it in February and it suppossedly had a new clutch. I think it is new because I don't need to push the pedal all the way down to disengage. I have a lot of trouble trying to start smoothly in first gear (and reverse) without lurching. Do you know of anything that might be causing this?
