And haven't quite mastered the searching on here yet, so does anyone know of a file, thread or link to assist me in rebuilding my carb? Any tricks or tips would totally be welcome...

I just follow the picture that comes in the rebuild kit. When I take one apart I make sure it is cleaned really well.

The OP has a 2100 series carb (1962/74), the 2150 was first used in 1975.

D4AZ-9A586-A (replaced C2AZ-9A586-D) . Auto-Lite/Motorcraft 2100 Series 2V Carburetor Kit (Motorcraft CT-499D) / Available from Ford.

Fits 1962/74: Passenger Cars & F100/350's; 1966/74 Bronco's; 1969/74 Econolines // MSRP: $33.42 / PARTSGUYED.COM price: $20.05.
