I have a 1994 crew cab f350 that has been converted into a flat bed. It has about one hundred thousand miles. At this pont in time it has an issue that is strange. The fuel pump will not build pressure so the engine will not fire.If it does start it runs rough and the transmission will not engage. any one got any ideas and also where is th computer located?
