clutch hydraulic system

I have a 1973 f350, it has a 300 inline and 4 speed with hydraulic clutch. Does anyone have any information on how to troubleshoot this system? My manual just skims over this system. I have bled the system, but I still can't get any movement of clutch arm. So any information wouldbe helpful. Thanks in advance!!

Its pretty much like a brake system. If its full, and theres no air in it, it should work. Bear in mind, there wont be much movement in the arm anyway.
