Chrome emergency brake handle covers

Could someone please explain why these are #1 all over ebay and #2, what truck had these?

I don't know what year they are from but it looks like a standard E break handle to me..

I've seen them too and at first I thought it was a standard black one just painted chrome. I'm not sure what trucks had them. Mine is a Ranger XLT and it had the black.

YOu know it maybe be from older then the 70s the metal handle looks like it would be some thing from the 50s or 60s that's just a guess maybe Brian can can clear this up..

agreed. from what i've seen of older cars, it'd be more likely to find it in something older than anything newer where it's as hidden as possible
